Jussie Smollet, who stars as Jamal Lyon in Empire, was brutally attacked by two homophobic men and he ended up in the hospital. The men beat up Jussie Smollett, put his head in a noose and screamed, "This is MAGA country." A teacher has been arrested after she sent nude photos to a 17-year-old student on Snapchat then asked if he wanted to play 'naked hide and seek.' Kelsie Schmidt, 22, who taught math at Beulah High School in North Dakota, allegedly sent the X-rated pictures to a student at the school. According to court documents, Schmidt was arrested on January 23 after a student told a detective ‘that he could get the math teacher in trouble for pictures that she had sent him.’ The officer was interviewing the student following reports that a teacher had been sending nude photos on Snapchat. However, the APC NWC confirmed the suspension on Sunday saying its decision is based on Okorocha's anti-party activities. On Friday, the US Senate and House of Representatives voted unanimously to end the 35-day partial federal government shutdown with legislation to temporarily fund many agencies, but without the $5.7bn President Donald Trump had demanded this year to help build a wall on the US-Mexico border.   Later on Friday, President Trump signed the bill, which will provide funding through February 15 and end the longest government shutdown in US history.
